where are the mail files on EIM 9.0.2

We just upgraded to 9.0.2 I need to know where the mail files reside in CIM before they are pushed to the agent. we have a Web server, app server and data server,

All EIM email details are kept in the EIM database, not in discrete files on the drive. Email attachments will be in a directory similar to this:

{EIM install dir}\eService\storage\1\mail\attachments

I don't have separate EIM servers to check, but I would guess that this would be on your data server. If you look around the "storage" directory, there are similar areas for KB and Customer attachments.

Jameson - yes I have the attachment directory, but have not been able to locate the queue directories yet. I think I had seen these before but can not remember where.

As I stated, the actual emails are not kept as separate files. All of this data is kept in EIM's database. Look in the eGActiveDB database at the EGML_EMAIL and EGML_EMAIL_DATA tables.
