Hi,

Currently if you use seed file as a source of data for CX cloud from your network, it is not possible to change it after you uploaded.

Only way it is to do it via TAC case, would be possible to add this or consider this feature in new releases, since sometimes customers are using /10 or even /8 subnets for LAN.

This is also for IP range as you can see below in reply from TAC engineer:

As far as IP range to seed file.  A TAC case must be opened. Then an L3 case w/ customer details to change IP range to seed or vice versa. I many case the L3 team and TAC will hve to confirm with the customer directly.  There are major changes in the backend that L3 and SaasOps must perform to accomplish that change.

Hi,

I see in CX Cloud portal in setting of CX Agent that you can change/edit IP range, I did it today, so from my perspective it looks like that you added this feature into it. Anyway when I tried to use range /10 it ended with error, now I am trying /24 range and will see how it ends.
