hey.

i need to know how can i lock my username for a time more than a month from my access not managerial access?

where is the  TAC case  section how can i make it_

 

Hey!  My apologies I was out of office this past week.  I've listed instructions below on how you may open a TAC case. 

 

  • Visit the Cisco Support website at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/index.html
  • If you don't already have one, create a Cisco account.
  • Log in to your Cisco account.
  • Navigate to the "Support" section and select "Open a Case".
  • You may need to enter your service contract information if it's not already associated with your account.
  • Fill out the form with the details of your issue, providing as much information as possible to ensure prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Submit the form to create your TAC case.

I would engage your Cisco Account team (Account Manager, Sales Specialist, etc.) in order to acquire this information, I hope this helps! 

is there anyway to make aux stuck to not change my lock from settings or to make calls not landed? to be ready without taking calls
