I think its great if you have ServiceNow. As not everyone doesn't use the ServiceNow, it is important to have easy API integration with any tools.

Is nexus Dashboard included as part of a purchase of a nexus equipment?

@jama, entitlement to use Nexus Dashboard is included with any Nexus license type, i.e., there is no separate license, and the virtual edition of Nexus Dashboard is offered free-of-charge from Cisco. If the preference or requirements dictates a physical Nexus Dashboard cluster, that requires a purchase, but there are often incentive programs in-place that may apply such that the cost of the cluster is nominal or support-only, e.g., a specific size Data Center Enterprise Agreement provides a free, 3-node cluster, not including support.
