Hi we are trying to setup monitoring for our core switches.

model C9500has these sensors.

show environment all | include Cel

Temp: Outlet_A Switch1-R0 Normal 29 Celsius
Temp: Outlet_B Switch1-R0 Normal 27 Celsius
Temp: Inlet_A Switch1-R0 Normal 31 Celsius
Temp: Inlet_B Switch1-R0 Normal 30 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_0 Switch1-R0 Normal 40 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_1 Switch1-R0 Normal 41 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_2 Switch1-R0 Normal 41 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_3 Switch1-R0 Normal 40 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_4 Switch1-R0 Normal 42 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_5 Switch1-R0 Normal 41 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_6 Switch1-R0 Normal 39 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_7 Switch1-R0 Normal 44 Celsius
Temp: UADP_0_8 Switch1-R0 Normal 41 Celsius
Temp: Coretemp Switch1-R0 Normal 35 Celsius
Temp: OutletDB Switch1-R0 Normal 27 Celsius

Management wants to know what each sensor monitors.

I only presume that UADP is CPU temperature, core is chassis, and inlet and outlet are self explanatory.

However, those  are assumptions but I can't find them anywhere confirmed. We want to use alerts over SMS and we don't want supports to be overwhelmed in case of an issue.

EDIT: Do you think it would be okay to monitor just one UADP sensor?
