How to send and receive a packet through an interface on cisco nexus switchess? Is there any command or any other way?

I am not sure if I follow, can you please explain the scenario? you have a PC connected, router, any other switch?

have you turned on the interface?

have you configure it as a access or trunk port?

Does this switch has the SVI for the VLAN?

What are you trying to reach?

If needed you may attach the config and explain whatever you require.
