%ICMPV6-3-ND_LOG: icmpv6 [4130] Own mac address

I found below ipv6 icmpv6 log after we config ipv6 with third product through portchannel

.0000.002e in the RS packet received on Ethernet2/8 from fe80::200:ff:fe00:2e

I  am sure there no same  mac-address on other side  and no ipv6 address conflict

but why nexus 7000 report this message 

also report ospf bad source address  but ospfv3 neighbor in full state

In this case, the switch is receiving an RS packet from a link-local address and the source MAC address in the packet is the same as the switch's own MAC address. This is likely due to the fact that the switch itself is sending the RS packet, possibly as part of the Neighbor Discovery process or as part of an IPv6 network configuration change.

This message itself is not an error or a cause for concern, but rather a notification that an RS packet was received by the switch with its own MAC address as the source

Have you got the OSPFv3 instance configuration please ?
