Hi,
There is a command "show tcp statistics" to get tcp statistics.
whether this tcp statistics are of VSM or it includes tcp statistics of VSM+VMs on ESX.
Thanks,

The "show tcp statistics" command typically provides TCP statistics for the device on which it is executed. If you run this command on a Virtual Switch Module (VSM), it will provide TCP statistics specific to the VSM. However, if you run it on an ESXi host that hosts virtual machines (VMs), it will provide TCP statistics for the ESXi host, including traffic related to both the host itself and any VMs running on it.
In summary, the TCP statistics provided by the command depend on the context in which it is executed. If you run it on the VSM, you'll get VSM-specific TCP statistics, while running it on an ESXi host will give you TCP statistics for the host and its associated VMs.

In a networking context, the "show tcp statistics" command is often used to report TCP statistics for the Virtual Supervisor Module (VSM), which is responsible for managing virtual machines (VMs) on ESX hosts. TCP statistics for individual virtual machines running on ESX hosts are not directly included in this. McDVOICE survey
