CISCO PCCE - Pull the phone number while caller is waiting in the queue or inbound switch

Hello,

 

We have Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise in our organization. I've been tasked to see if there is any way to pull the incoming call phone number while the caller is waiting in the queue or from the Cisco inbound switch. Once we pull the phone number, we want to send that to another program to see how likely that caller buys our product based on that we want to bump the priority of that call in the queue. This needs to be done in real-time. Is there a possibility within CISCO PCCE to achieve this? Any help on this is appreciated.
