I’ve recently registered an application the different csapi’s. However, when querying for contract coverage status or adding an inventory, I’m getting following 403 error:
"errorInfo": "Customer Id is not associated with Partner"
Query to the following API endpoint: https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/customer-info/customer-details/ also returns an empty data array.
Not sure what the error means as I'm able to query the same type of data on sn2info API and Cisco Commerce Services & Subscriptions.
Kindly advise.
