Hunt calls not populating Hunt member DN and these show zero duration calls in CDR of CUCM 9.0.1

Hi,

We have a scenario at an installation of CUCM 9.0.1 where the the client has implemented Hunt calling.

Customer's requirement:

From CDR, can we clearly identify all incoming calls that would be linked to, or routed or handled via a specific hunt pilot?

· Example: Can we report all calls connected to hunt pilot 2008?

· It probably wouldn’t be the termination point, but by either using DNIS or some other method, can we conclusively determine the call passed through the hunt pilot?

b) From CDR, can we report on all incoming calls received by a specific hunt extension?

· Example: can we report all calls received by extension 2408, which is linked to hunt pilot 2008?

· Do the hunt extensions appear in CDR as regular extensions?

· It should technically have no other activity, except what it receives via the hunt pilot.

c) From CDR, can we report on all incoming calls that were not handled by any specific hunt extension, which reached voicemail?

· Example: Can we report on calls to hunt pilot 2008 that no hunt extension picked up?

· The call may directly go to voicemail if all hunt extensions are busy

· The call may have hunted through each hunt extension assigned to the hunt pilot if no one picks it up

· Would these calls show as terminating at 7000 (the unity voicemail access) or would they show as terminating at 2008?

· If they happen to show as terminating at 2008, can we distinguish them from calls to the hunt pilot itself, also identified as 2008?

Current scenario:

They have enabled service parameter: "CDR log calls with Zero Duration" by setting it to TRUE.

However the Hunt member DN (DN that was offered the call by the respective Hunt pilot DN) is NOT appearing in the CDR.

The CDRs are showing zero duration, transfer calls (origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf = 10 and destCallTerminationOnBehalfOf = 10) which have split up (origCause_Value = 393216 and destCause_Value = 393216). The Hunt pilot number is appearing in  originalCalledPartyNumber, finalCalledPartyNumber and lastRedirectDn fields in the CDRs. The calledPartyPatternUsage field is showing value 7. The destDeviceName field is showing "SEP" followed by MAC address of the Cisco phone.

Is there any additional configuration that needs to be done to achieve what customer is requiring ?
