Salesforce CTI integration

Hi:

I am trying to integrate CISCO jabber with salesforce using Open CTI, can someone please point me to the right direction to implement it.

I followed the link and have made the following changes.

1. I put in the jabber SDK zip file in as Static Resources inside my salesforce org
2. Changed the JabberCommand and Jabber and Messages & Alerts accordingly. Please see attached, I have not made any change in the Apex classes of startHereController and XMLDom.
3. Customized object and put in all the details as mentioned.

I am not getting any output, as mentioned in Step 7. I would really appreciate if someone can point me where I am going wrong.

Has anyone provided an answer to this?  I'm sure others are attempting to integrate with SalesForce.
