cannot log into Cisco AnyConnect with credentials provided

I was able to log in initially then walked away and session timed out. I tried logging back in and I get "Login Failed."

If your VPN disconnects for unknown reasons, it can take a timeout of 30 mins before you reconnect. Ensure your sandbox reservation hasn't expired also.
