Cannot provision a second lab

When trying to provision another WebEx Web Conferencing lab to test with, I get the following error:

Provision_WebEx ended with status Failed with error: WebEx ID Conflict [sampotest]. Please select a different Conference ID.

Which is weird? The first lab that I used the Conference ID with is marked completed. So I change the Conference ID to sampo123 and try again. Now I get another error:

Provision_WebEx ended with status Failed with error: Email address <remove email> has already been registered. Please use a different email address.

What!!!! How can I use a different email? Does this mean that I have to have a different email for ever lab?

Hello ChapterManager-

Thanks for your inquiry! Apologies for the delay to get you some assistance on this. This lab isn't my expertise, but if I can better understand your problem I can connect you with the right person to help out.

When you encounter the WebEx ID Conflict error, where are you seeing the error? Is this right after you reserve the lab or at another time? I just need to understand at what step in the process you're lab is failing.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks!
Jacob

DevNet Sandbox Support

Hi,

i´m having the same issue, cant provision a second lab, it says that the conference id is already used and if i put another conference id, it says my email has already been registered

any solution for that?

thank you

Daniel

Hello Daniel,

At this time the lab only allows for  one room per email address. If you'd like to use a second room you will need to use a separate email address.

Thanks!

Jacob

but how can i use the first room? it doesn´t allow me anymore

thanks

Hello Daniel,

This is a good point. I will look into an automation which will reset your account if one has already been created. In the mean time I'd recommend using a second email. I'll let you know once I've implemented the new automation.

Thanks!

Jacob

great, thanks!

Have you solved the problem? I still have to use different accounts every time when I create a new lab. This is annoying because I have to change every time settings in my dev environment.
