I have a PCCE Lab which has started to give the below error when trying to log in any agent.
Online docs state it's the CTI server, the issue I have is that the CTI server isn't responding at all on the IP in docs (10.10.20.20)
Lab is the only active lab under username dave_veevers_5@hotmail.com
