When connecting to reserved instances in the Devnet Sandbox there is one site I cannot get Anyconnect to work with. That is http://devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com any port number. I have tried several times. I can get Anyconnect to connect to any other address that I am given for other reserved instances.
