Meraki Sandbox not accessible

Hello,

could you tell me if there is any way to access Meraki sandbox? When trying to use Always On lab i am unable to access it, i am hitting MFA requirement: "Enter verification code Please open the authenticator app on your mobile device and enter the code provided."

And both reservable ones (Enterprise and Small Business) are disabled.

Is it just a temporary problem?

On the sandbox instructions it says:

Meraki has enhanced security features which will ask OTP verification for new IP login since Dec. 2022. Please refer Authentication Enhancements and New Dashboard Security Features for details.

To avoid the OTP verification, please access the Meraki Dashboard from a private browser tab

Not sure by following this it will solve your issue.

Unfortunately using private browser tab doesn't help (checked in both Chrome and Firefox) and i am still being asked for a verification code.

They also say in instruction "We recommend Meraki Small Business or Enterprise sandbox if you have login issues" but both these sandboxes are unavailable.

Ok @mihauz sorry that suggestion did not work, hopefully the reservation sandboxes are back online soon for you to use these.

I'm facing the same issue, the reservable sandboxes are not available and using the private mode does not help. Anyone found a solution to it?

The always on sandbox is still asking for an MFA code. MFA seems unnecessary for this sandbox.
