PCCE Lab's Phones are not registered

Hello All,

 

Today I reserved the PCCE 12.0 LAB and Finesse login is not working message appears "Device not accessible. Contact your system administrator."

 

Then I had a look in CUCM and found that all phone's statue is None. (All phones are not registered)

 

Can you please let me know how to register those phones?

Have you launched up RDP session against AW1 i.e. 10.10.20.21? As you know, we are using simulated IP Phones in the sandbox environment, and the phone simulation script will run once you logged into AW1 host.

Yes I took the RDP of .21 machine. But still the same.

 

Should I do some specific task on AW1 machine , which will enable these phones?

 

Please guide me.

Yes, I was writing a reply that now Phones are registered. Thanks for this help.

 

What I need to test for my application is Inbound ACD calls, And here on this setup I think it's ready to test Outbound calls.

 

Can you please help me on this?

Like what ACD number needs to dial so that call can land on agent.
