PCCE missing from sandbox labs list

Hi, 

 

PCCE has been missing for more than a week now. Our dependency on PCCE is very high. Could you please let us know if there is any information related to this?

Hello, 

We are experiencing the same issue. 

Packaged Contact Centre Enterprise is still missing and has been missing for some time now. 

 

Cisco, please can you advise on a fix / maintenance completion?
