Some sandboxes are experiencing setup failures

Hello Sandbox Community!

We are currently seeing issues with the setup of some Sandbox Labs. We're working on this issue and hope to have it resolved within the next few hours. We apologize for any inconvenience the may have caused.

Hello Sandbox Community!

Just a quick update. We've been able to isolate the labs that are involved with this error, and we've 'quarantined' them and temporarily removed them from the catalog. If you are looking for a lab and don't see it, don't worry - we've just removed it due to these setup failures. Once this issue has been resolved, we will add these labs back into our catalog.

Hi Jacob,

The PCCE sandbox lab appears to still have issues.

I currently have RAVE57 reserved, but cannot use it as it is Active (with error).

The activity log reports:

Error: Resource Setup Failed

Description: Customer Voice Portal 11.5 PCCE-002 failed to prepare. Possibly did not return an ip address soon enough
