The "Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.6" SandBox Lab Won't Start

I've been trying to launch the Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.6 sandbox lab a couple of times now, and it always eventually fails with:

 

 

Oops. Launch failed
Sorry, we encountered an issue while launching the environment.
Please contact your admin with the environment link for assistance:

 

 

and then an email comes in with:

 

 

There was an error setting up Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.6.

There are a few possible reasons for the error:

    No resource available by this moment
    The sandbox is under maintenance
    You try to reserve two or more sandboxes simultaneously

Please try relaunching the sandbox to reboot the process.
If that doesn't work, please try again later or reach out to support. Our team will be looking into the issue.
