UCS Manager Emulator and UCS Director Sandbox

Hi, im trying to connect UCS Manager but shows service is down. Also what is the username and password to connect to UCS Director as the one sent to me for the VPN access does not work for it.

The passwords were in the attributes and UCS manager works after a power recycle.
