Unable to access "NETCONF/YANG and RESTCONF on IOS XE" Always On Sandbox ports 8181,9443 or 10000 after last maintenance

Can no longer connect via NETCONF, RESTCONF or SSH ports after the latest maintenance.

I just checked and it is up and functional.  As a shared sandbox it does occasionally go down, but is monitored and reset whenever that happens automatically.  If you find it down, try again in 5 minutes or so and it should be back up.
