High workqueue issue - Due to Graymail restart.

Anyone facing this issue? thanks.

This was a global outage of all Cisco Secure Email Gateways which have graymail scanning enabled since 2023-09-29 07:00 UTC. Probaly caused by a malformed update of the engine, Cisco is working on the problem. See also https://urgentnotices.statuspage.io/incidents/4hyg54bw69kp

Dears,

We have experienced global issue with the graymail service on Friday morning (since 09:00 am GMT+2) which also caused high WorkQueue. The issue you are reporting has been resolved at ~10:18 AM GMT+2.
If you are still seeing the alerts you can run the following command from the command line of the appliance:
  > graymailupdate force
