Cisco AMP Private Cloud isnt reporting Vulnerable Software/Application Details!!

This issue is kind of brain teaser, I have done multiple Private AMP implementations and I am able to see vulnerable software/application in the reports however I see this report as blank for one of the implementation.

We are running latest cloud version (2.3.5) and content is updated everyday atleast once however the vulnerable software/application is not showing any information. The endpoint software is on 4.4 version.

Please suggest if there is anything we can try!!

Please open a Cisco TAC to investigate this .

It would be tough to assist you here investigating this issue with the Private Cloud as we need to verify logs and reports .
