Hello everybody,
we are using ECE 11.6 and we want to purge all completed activities so i followed the guide and created purge job and scheduled it. however when i am trying to purge no activity purged its all shows 0. and i checked the database and all activities are completed.
so can some one please illustrate what should the start-time and End-time mean and the days on which the archive job should run. because this fields confused me.
