7841 sip phone became unregistered after changing DN

Hi. 

I tried changing the DN of one of our 7841 IP phone but after saving then applying config the phone became unregistered. i tried to delete the phone's configuration on cucm and resetting the phone through the settings and also tried the hard reset then manually configuring the phone but still status is unregistered. i also already restarted the cisco tftp service on cucm but still the is unregistered. I tried also repeating the process on 4 other phones, changing the DN,  etc. then they also became unregistered.

Please help? what other troubleshooting should be done?

The CUCM version is 10.5.1

Hi,

First thing is to make sure the dbreplication is in good status. A status of 2 is considered to be good. Can you make collect the output of the following:

Show status

Utils core active list

utils dbreplication runtimestate

utils ntp status

utils diagnose test

the issue has been resolved after restarting the RIS Data Collector service on cucm.
