I hvae a new deployment in cucm 10.5.2, with mostly 7841 phones and SIP for PSTN trunking. I'm hearing from many users that the phone is too quite. I'd like to adjust the gain on the phones globally through CUCM to give an option for higher volume rather than only the option on phone (which they max out and many think is still too quite). I know that with analog trunks I can increase the gain on the router, but this is SIP so I don't have that option. Anything that can be done from the CUCM perspective?
