Answer Second Line when picking up handset for Extension Mobility User

Hello,

I am working on creating Extension Mobility profiles for a group of users that will be working in a Call Center type of environment.  I would to enable the phones to pick up a call coming in on Line 2 just by lifting the handset.  I have turned off the "Always Use Prime Line" feature for both the device and the Profile, to no avail.  I am working with 8841 phones running on CUCM 10.5.2.  When I attempt to answer the incoming call on Line 2, the phone is going off hook on line 1, and I am confused as to why this is happening.  Is there some sort of setting associated with the phones that I am missing?

Brad,

What firmware version are you running on the phones? See the post below which indicates this is resolved with the Enhanced Line Mode features available in firmware 11.5(1). The release notes below say 11.5(1) is compatible with CUCM 10.5.2. Hope this helps.
