Any Third Party Software for Reporting Configuration ?

I am looking for a software that can pull configuration from Cisco Call Manager and put it pdf format for management. I cant recollect a software I used previosly

CDR generally provides Call Detail Records, What I am looking for Cisco System Configuration summary in report format,

For Example

How many Gateways we have along with their configuration .

I think  you can use Cisco LMS v4.2 to discover all IP telephony and you can manager your call manager , IP phones and gateways and reports.

Hi,

I would recommend to use Cisco Operation Manager for this purpose. This applicacion runs on Windows Server and will

helps track complete details of Unified Communications devices and IP phone inventory but will not give you the configuration.

Another idea to get the configuration from CUCM is running a backup. Backup files have all the configuration but reading a file with a word editor (like wordpad) is not easy...
