Hi guys,
My manager is asking to find a way to update the directoy numbers for the users in AD and CUCM automatically to keep our database always updated but I told him there is no such way to do that.
However, he showed me the following webpages and asked me mabye it is possible to programming API - AXL :
http://www.cisco.com/web/developer/cucm/cucm.html
So is there anyway to do this task?
Waiting your feedback.

Well, in theory, yes, that might be possible, but it would involve custom development to push the LDAP changes to the DN associated to the user in CUCM.
You probably want to discuss this in DevNet.

Hi,
If I understand the question correctly, why don't you configure synchronization in CUCM to get users from AD. In this case, you need to update the telephony numbers in AD attributes which gets replicated automatically in CUCM (depending on your synchronization agreement)

I think that what they're looking for, is to not just update the directory info, but the actual DN of the user/device as they change it on LDAP.
