BLF at 7914 with 7960 at CUCM 8.5.1 no alerting state

Hi,

we have an 7960 with expansion 7914 at CUCM 8.5.1

At the expansion two BLF with pickup configured.

These buttons lights red if the number behind is busy. Thats ok.

But if someone calls the number configured in BLF, the BLF doesn't show the alert. The still are off and doesnt go to "orange" state. So the user cant pickup, because he didnt see the call. Normal pickup works fine. And speeddial with the BLF too.

7960 is firmware 8.1.2 SR2 and 7914 is firmware 5.0.4.

Together with a 7970 this will work at another 8.5.1 CUCM.

Anybody can help?

Hi,

I realize this is an old post.  I have encountered the exact same issue and was wondering if you ever found a solution in your case.  TAC is working to replicate the issue at this point, but it doesn't sound like an issue they're aware of.
