cannot see directory option - cucmexpress

on my cisco ip phones i cannot see the directory button, i can only see received calls, dialed calls, missed calls and intercom history button

i am using CUCMExpress on cisco 2811 router

It is a possibility that DNS servers have not been properly identified. Give that a shot.
