CCM Intercluster trunk ping issue

I have an ICT between 2 CCM clusters, below is the topology:

CCM1 - 4500SW - Router - MPLS Cloud - Router - Router - CCM2

Calls between call manages suddenly stopped working. I realized I cannot ping between call managers; however the call managers can ping the other call manager gateway. Also if I connect a laptop in any of the voice VLANS, I can ping with no problem each others call manager.

The weird issue here is that when I ping from CCM1 and the ping succeeds, I get the typical output which is the ping responses; however when there is no ping instead of a request time out I get the following message:

admin:utils network ping 10.1.10.10

Error running command: connect: Resource temporarily unavailable

CCM1 is a dual call manager cluster and both pub and subs are having the same issues.

Network looks fine so my bet is the problem is on the call managers (CCM1). The problem is that there is no documentation regarding the error message above.

Let me know if any had stumbled upon this issue.

Thanks.

what is the cucm versions for each cluster?

tracert work?

can u capture sniffer to see if icmp traffic is being sent,

there are some cli logs

u can also disable cucm internal firewall using cli

i would engage tac to dig deeper.
