CCM User - Forward all Calls

We are currently running CUCM 9.1.   We have a concern with the "Forward All Calls"  setting in CCM User overriding a DN Config. setting.    An end user can forward their calls to an outside line from CCM User eventhough the CSS setting in the DN config is set to restrict forwarding to 4 digits (internal locals).  Is there a way to change the access/restriction on CCM User?

Hi Birni,

Hope all is well

Unless something has changed in CUCM 9.1, the user can enter a restricted

(by Forward CSS) number all they want via ucmuser but the call forward will be blocked

by the CSS and a fast busy returned to the caller. Not elegant but effective!

You could also set the Enterprise Parameters>Show Call Forwarding" value in CCMUser Parameters to False

so the users don't have the option at all.
