Hi,
We have a Packaged CCE deployment integrated with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9. When we place internal call to the contact center (from a call manager telephone), the called number is changed to the CUCM label generated by ICM (888111100XXXX), which is then sent to the CVP SIP trunk (route pattern: 888!)
The customer is complaining that each time they dial the contact center a weird number shows up on the phone's screen, instead of a meaningful contact center name.
Is there an easy way to change the display name to something like "Contact Center" on the phone? Basically we want everything that starts with 8881111 to be shown as "Contact Center".
Thanks!

Hi,
no, there's no easy way of doing that. At least not within ICM.
