t from RTU to DLU

Hi

You will need to contact Cisco licensing (licensing@cisco.com) to get the DLUs issued.

You will need to supply Cisco licensing with the Cisco Sales Order number to prove you purchased the original license. This should be available from your Cisco reseller that you bought the device from.

You'll need to give Cisco licensing the MAC address of your publisher and the probably the version of CUCM it is running so that they can generate the DLUs for you.
