Hello,
WE are running few 8851 IP Phones with cucm 11.5.x and it is connected with audio 28 button module with use of power cube 4. Ip Phone is having 11.7 latest firmware..
AS go to phone it is showing KEM connected but disabled by admin.
As now not able to see power up or any update on module after configure all steps..
Please let me know if need any further steps to bring module up and make it usable with phone.
