Cisco IP Phone 7821 issues about dialtone

Hi Guys,

We installed 03 IP Phone model 7821 in specific site and we verifying that the is only possible hear the dialtone after dial the second digit. We have the same model in anothers site and not have this problem. Any have about idea for this? I didn´t found configuration error

Check your dial plan, there is something overlapping that doesn't have the option to provide secondary dial tone when you dial the 1st digit.

@Jaime Valencia is 100% correct. The issue is in your dial plan. Check the route patterns that match off that first digit. If this box isnt checked, this will happen.
