Cisco Jabber 12.6 VM ICON

I'm trying to deploy Jabber 12.6 but I just notice that there is not VM icon, is there a way to fix this issue?

Are you using full UC mode or soft phone? Or IM only? 

Have you configured the VM profile?

Dear Gerardo,

Can you please provide more information regarding your implementation? Do you have a CUCM (which version?). Moreover, if you have a CUCM please can you check the UC Service Configuration and maybe download the jabber-config.xml to share it with us?
