Cisco Unity connection :Unable to use Cisco voice directory assistance

Hi,

 

I have a standalone Unity connections clusters in three locations, (US/LON/INDIA). I have a directory handler with voice assistance with x1111 to dial-in to reachout to user via speech attendant .

 

I'm able to dial into this voice directory assistance from all the three location i.e (India/LON/USA) without any issue's but my actual problem is, when I try to find users based out of  London or India the handler when prompted for the first and last name. I get a prompt saying the user does not exist in the directory. But at the same time I'm able to find users based out to the US, where the actual  directory handler is configured.

 

I have configured HTTPS networking for all the three locations, which would enable remote users to be seen on the Unity connection based out of US.

 

But this also does not seem to resolve the issue.

 

Any assistance on this  would be appreciated.

 

For the HTTPS networking: US unity connection is my Hub while LON  and India unity connections are configured as spoke.
