Clusterwide Upgrade Subscribers failed

I have a lab that I was testing the cluster wide upgrade however I have had a few issues.  First I tried to mount the .iso on the DVD but when I did this the subscribers would give me an error saying they could not download the software.  When that didn't work I attempted to use SFTP.  This did work to get the software download however both of my subscribers failed at step 7 of the installation.  The publisher is still installing but when it is complete, I am unsure where to go from there.  Do I just install the upgrade on each sub or should I do a cluster wide again?

I think that the cluster upgrade might fail eventually even if the publisher is still ongoing. I would do a complete cluster restart and then try again. If it still fails I would do the upgrade individually on each node, ie reverting to the old school way of doing upgrades pre cluster wide upgrade. What version are you upgrading from and to what?
