CME B-ACD without Queueing

Hi,

I am using the CME B-ACD AA feature to present a menu to callers plus the dial-by-extension option, however for some menu choices the calls don't go to a hunt group and I don't want the queueing functionality on these. Is there a way to use B-ACD without the queueing ?

I have tried using loopback-dns and the auto-connect option, which works ok except the callers don't hear any ringback or busy tone when the call is extended after choosing a menu option.

In my experience, sending calls to a regular DN, does not cause any problem.

What do you may want however, it returing caller to script on busy or no answer, that default B-ACD doesn't do.

My modifications cover that and other enhancements.
