Connecting/Registering CP840 to Webex Calling

Hello,

So I am moving the CP840 wireless phones from Cisco CUCM to Webex calling and I am having a really difficult time with something that should be simple. I followed the instructions on the webex knowledge base to onboard these devices to webex calling: Integrating Webex Wireless Phone 840 and 860

 

The phone does the firmware upgrade and does a reboot/factory reset like anticipated from the instructions, I follow through with the onscreen instructions. I already registered the mac in webex under devices. Still doesnt register fully to webex. I went under security settings > changed call server mode to WxC (which i believe is webex calling). I am not sure what profile rule is and it looks like its trying to pull 840.xml? Not sure where that is supposed to come from whether it be webex or something I need to host locally? 

 

Any tips from anyone else who has gone through migration would be appriciated.
