contacts in jabber

Dear All,

How can we enable or disable end users from adding or deleting contacts from cisco jabber?  Admin added the contact list in IMP admin.

You can't, there is no way to do that, you can use LDAP groups and they cannot add/remove anyone into the group, but they would still be able to delete the whole group from Jabber.
