corporate directory issue in cucm 10.5

Hi

I am facing a problem related to corporate directory in specific cisco ip phone models like 7821 & 6941,It is working well in 7942/7941.

While I am accessing corporate directory in 7821 its stuck on "requesting"  and then displays "Host not found".And in 6941 it shows "XML Parse error"

It make me puzzled.

Please provide the solution.

I had the same issue with 6941 and i downgraded the 6941 phone firmware.

Actually nothing was changed at my server level, problem came unexpectedly.

Ypu have apply "enable_ssl_v3" patch from cisco for make everything working fine.

I simply restart both pub&sub servers,resulting the issue has been fixed.
