Corporate directory Issue with 6921 phones

HI,

I have 6921 phones and 79XX series phones in the remote site and phones are registered in central site and we use call manger 10.5 version.

79xx series phones are working fine for accessing corporate directory. but 6921 model phones giving error when user access corporate directory.

Error : connection failed.
