Could someone advise me how to add new IP handset to CME 8.6?

Hello,

Could someone explain me how to add new IP handset to CME 8.6?

- I just unbox new phone (never used), remove old handset and plug to existing LAN port , handset has boot up and show "phone not registered"

- So I try to see any new MAC address in CME gui page but nothing show in page and I try to choose menu add now phone but it said "no new phone to add"

- After I google and do some research, they said I need SEPXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml for each handset, is it correct? how can I create these file? and some site said it can use "auto register" but how can I enable or check this function?

- I have no point to forward now because I'm not sure how to do first or next? Could someone help me to add new handset to CME 8.6
