CP-7965G missing Softkey

I have several Cisco 7965G phones with a single Sidecar installed.

Firmware Load SCCP45.9-4-2SR3-1S

Running CallManager 10.5.2.12901-1

This never happens on 7965G phone that do not have a sidecar.

Randomly when the user answers their second Line DN the Hold and Transfer Softkey disappears.

This never happens on their primary DN

I have up-dated the code on the phone and deleted the TTL file several times

Still no luck

Any help would be appreciative?

Where is the call arriving from?

If a trunk/GW does it have "MTP required" checked?

Yes and It only happens on the Second and Third line appearance

Never on the primary Line appearance and only with Sidecars attached.

Why is MTP checked on your trunk?  This can definitely lead to the issue you describe, I would recommend finding out reasons you have MTP checked and seeing if you can remove it as in most cases MTP is not required especially on direct PSTN connections to GW/CUBE/etc.
