Hello,
I believe I have a CP-8851 phone that has a bad boot image. Is there a way to console into the phone (via USB or NIC) and upload a new image file? I tried to do factory restore but that did not work.

Hi Kamil,
I don't think such an option exists, if the factory reset hasn't helped then this phone would need a replacement.

Correct Manish,
The 78xx/88xx phones do not support USB/Serial access for uploading a new image.
For replacing the phone contact Cisco Support and create a RMA case (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/index.html)
